Music, dance and song lead us beyond the barriers of words and beliefs. We become one heart, one voice, all singing together each one sharing their own voice beyond separation. During this day we will explore songs and dances using mantras and sacred texts from different traditions which enable us to go deeper within ourselves and contact our inner state of peace and healing. We will work with breath, intention, movement, visualisation, meditation and sound and explore our inner pathway to the heart. The objective of this day is to bring us closer to our true creative self.
